EQUATOR GORRILAS TREKS: 5DAYS/4NIGHTS ITINERARY

DAY 1:
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport met by our Guides and transfer to Kampala - about 40 km - Metrople Hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2:
Early breakfast, 7.30am depart for a full day journey - about 540 km with a stop over at the Equator for photographs and souvenirs and lunch break in Mbarara - journey takes you through large banana plantations of Masaka, Mbarara and Rukungiri districts as well as the Kigezi highland terraced farms - popularly known as the little switzerlands of Africa. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Safari Camp

DAY 3:
Early breakfast, get a briefing from the guides and embark on an adventurous 6/8hours track in search of gorillas - the highlight of the journey. Picnic lunch while trekking. Evening return for dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara Safari Camp.

DAY 4:
Early breakfast and return to Kampala with lunch break as well as stops for traditional drums, stools and mats. Check in at Metropole Hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5:
Depending on flight connections - enjoy a short city tour of Kampala - visit the Museum, cathedrals as well as the Kasubi Royal tombs. Depart for the airport for departure to home country.

PRICES: The package price is US$1665 per person sharing (2pax Group Safari).

NOTE: The price can be customized as per the number of people.

Services include - ground transport in 4x4 with sliding roof, accommodation in double room sharing in medium hotels/lodges, all meals, guides, English-speaking driver / guides, government tax, gorilla permit for single tracking.

Not included - all extras - drinks, coffee, tips, air tickets, telephones, laundry, and tobacco.

Terms of payment - immediately we should purchase the permits - balance paid 21 days before clients arrive.
